How to create a UPI QR code

  1. Enter your UPI ID (VPA), for example shopname@bank.
  2. Add the name customers should see, such as your shop name.
  3. Optionally add a fixed amount and a short note, such as an invoice number.
  4. Download the QR code and test it once with any UPI app before printing.

Static QR vs dynamic QR

A QR code without an amount is a static QR: it stays the same and the customer types the amount. A QR code with a fixed amount works for one bill or invoice. Read more in Dynamic vs static QR code.
