Apply rules for network, issuer, country, currency, cost and provider health.
An Indian PG, bank gateway or international PSP connected under your merchant setup.
Explore how a merchant could manage routing decisions, rules and connected providers in one ZYRO workspace.
Follow a sample card payment from network to gateway and fallback.
Switch between Indian and international routes, choose a card network, then simulate a provider timeout. Every outcome stays in one merchant view.

Illustrative flow with example providers and simulated outcomes. Actual card-network eligibility, gateway integrations, routing, retries, currencies and settlement depend on connected providers and merchant agreements.
Why orchestration
One integration should let you direct traffic across the connected providers you use in India and abroad.
When your only payment gateway slows down or a bank goes down, every checkout in that window fails and the sale is lost.
A route that works for one card network, issuer or country may be weak for another. One static PG choice cannot respond to these differences.
Each gateway has its own dashboard, settlement report and format. Finance teams spend days matching them against the bank statement.
How it works
01
Bring eligible Indian PGs, bank gateways and international providers you use into one integration. Provider contracts and settlements remain with them.
02
Choose routes by card network, issuer, country, currency, amount, method, performance or cost.
03
Send each eligible payment to the chosen provider, with a fallback route when the method and provider support retry.
04
Monitor transactions, refunds, provider status and settlement reports together across your connected PGs.
Capabilities
Set different routes for Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex and other eligible card networks, issuers and markets.
Use a connected fallback provider when a route times out and the payment method permits retry.
Send payment requests through one ZYRO API or checkout flow and manage your connected providers centrally.
Organize Indian payment gateways, bank gateways and international PSPs in one provider view, subject to integration.
See card-network performance separately from gateway performance, so the route decision is easier to understand.
Bring transaction, refund and settlement status from connected providers into one operations view.
Compare provider outcomes by card network, payment method, issuing bank and market.
Use a unified request and status model across eligible integrated providers.
Built for
Keep checkout running during sale spikes and gateway outages.
Handle high volumes across many sellers with one integration.
Recurring payments through UPI autopay and tokenised cards.
Spread volume across several gateways and banks without extra engineering.
Set routing preferences across connected third-party PGs based on your business rules and provider performance.
Collections land in the bank accounts you manage with the ZYRO Business Banking Suite, so reconciliation and outgoing payments happen in the same place.
Online checkout, ZYRO POS machines and ZYRO Soundbox report into one view of your business.
Security
Funds settle directly from your payment gateway to your bank account. ZYRO is the technology layer only.
Data handling, authentication and settlement requirements depend on the provider and market for each route.
Card details should be handled through compliant tokenisation and provider flows, not exposed in the routing dashboard.
Payment orchestration, explained.
Payment orchestration is a layer that sits between your checkout and your payment gateways. It connects several gateways through one integration and decides, for each payment, which gateway should process it. If a payment fails, it can retry it on another gateway.
No. You keep your current gateway contracts, pricing and settlement accounts. ZYRO connects to them and routes payments between them.
No. Payments settle directly from your payment gateway to your bank account. ZYRO only provides the routing, checkout and reconciliation technology.
The orchestration layer is designed for cards including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, Diners Club and JCB, as well as netbanking, wallets and UPI where connected providers support them. Availability varies by gateway and merchant setup.
The aim is to manage eligible Indian and international payment providers from one integration and console. Each PG must be integrated and enabled under your commercial and regulatory arrangements; availability is confirmed during onboarding.
A routing rule can choose among connected providers using method, card network, issuer, market and provider status. Eligible fallback routes may help when the first provider is unavailable; outcomes are not guaranteed.
